Going Low Sodium

I've been faithfully logging all of my food intake on Nutrimirror.com for several weeks now and the website has brought something to my attention. I'm not eating as healthy as I should be. My sodium is sky high. I've managed to eliminate the high sodium choices from my diet and yesterday I went all green. That means I met all the websites requirements for health and weightloss. Not only did I cut my sodium, I also cut 4.5 lbs. Sweet!
