The Stealth fighter is flying its final flight and is being replaced by the F-22 Raptor. I loved this thing. It was cool to look at in person. Here's to all you did that we knew absolutely nothing about.

Above is a video i found that helps to explain how the Nutrimirror website works and what it can do for you. The website is free. I've been using it to log my meals and exercise for three days now and I have to tell you, it's perfect. It gives me the info I want and it's easy to log my food. I can do it anywhere because its online. I'll use it while I'm on vacation in April. I was looking for a website that was similar to MyPyramidTracker.gov . I liked what it offered but after using it for a month I got tired of all the general database figures that weren't quite right. Tuesday "My Day Off"

I've been getting caught up with CES (Consumer Electronics Show). I've been looking at all the cool electronic gadgets we will see coming out this year. The OLED TV's look pretty cool. The technology uses very little power and those that adopt the technology should see some battery life increase. The only device I saw so far that sparked my interest was the new Logitech One. My Birthday is Feb 17th incase you didn't know what to get me. My wife thinks everything I ask for is too expensive so here is another option, "Gift Cards". Amazon.com, Walmart.
