Our team for the FHN fit challenge came in first place for the midway point. For the last six weeks we have eaten five servings of fruits and veggies everyday. We have had a minimum of 32 ounces of water each day and we have worked out 5 days during the week for a minimum of 30 minutes. We also had to do stretching/weight training 3 times a week for 15 minutes minimum. I've lost 14lbs since February 1st and I'm feeling great. I can hardly believe we are already half way with the challenge. I so proud of our team.
