I've been up since 5am this morning. I'm really looking forward to this all day lock-in. Kirsten and I will be heading out soon to set up the survivor challenges. Can't wait.

We had our first VBS meeting last night and have decided to do Camp Edge this year. First UMC is hosting. I'm looking forward to our planning sessions and vbs.

Our team for the FHN fit challenge came in first place for the midway point. For the last six weeks we have eaten five servings of fruits and veggies everyday. We have had a minimum of 32 ounces of water each day and we have worked out 5 days during the week for a minimum of 30 minutes. We also had to do stretching/weight training 3 times a week for 15 minutes minimum. I've lost 14lbs since February 1st and I'm feeling great. I can hardly believe we are already half way with the challenge. I so proud of our team.
I had to make some tough choices today. Please pray that everything works out for one of my youth group kids.

Well, I lost 3 pound this week and I wasn't killing myself with 8 hr workouts. I also didn't binge on fatty foods and alcohol. I'm so disappointed, disgusted, appalled with the black team. I could see someone messing up but the entire team. What the heck. I'd love to have Jillian as my trainer. They truly take that for granted.

And she's smokin hot. Before you get too disturbed by my blog. My wife is the new secretary. I'm glad she got the position. She's been a stay at home mom for awhile now and I know she will enjoy getting back to work.
